It's frustrating that our worth is constantly being determined by, as Tracee Ellis Ross put it, our "marriage and carriage counts." In this episode we keep it real about our love lives, careers, our hopes and fears, and ultimately, why people need to back off in putting pressure on women to get hitched and have kids.
